Delivery Address
Delivery is only possible to private or business addresses. Delivery to parcel stations or post offices is unfortunately not possible.
Shipping Duration and Delivery Time
For all products available in our central warehouse: Orders received by 2 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are usually handed over to our shipping partner within 1-4 working days. Availability is shown in real-time for each product.

Transport Damages
Please check the package carefully upon receipt and report any damages immediately to us and the shipping provider.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered, we are charged a return fee of €20.00 per shipment by the postal service. In cases of incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, refusal of acceptance, failure to collect, or similar customer-caused issues, these costs will be charged to the customer and invoiced separately. Shipping costs, return costs, and any applicable COD fees must be fully covered by the customer.
