Protein and fiber rich hemp flour smooth - gluten free 

Hemp flour is produced by cold pressing and de-oiling hemp seeds. This first produces a nutrient-rich "hemp press cake", which is then processed into flour. Remarkable is the high proportion of valuable dietary fiber (40%) and protein (30%). This makes hemp flour one of the flours richest in dietary fiber and protein among all flours. It is also an excellent source of folic acid, copper, iron, zinc and vitamin B6. Hemp flour also contains no gluten, and is therefore very well tolerated.

When baking, it is recommended to mix hemp flour with other types of flour, such as buckwheat flour. Hemp flour is relatively heavy due to its high nutrient and vegetable oil content, and should be added to the dough in a maximum ratio of 2:8.

Application: Suitable for the preparation of all types of bread and pastries, with a proportion of up to 20%. The hemp flour can also be used to thicken sauces.
